sorry for not having done an update for a long while, i was gonna do one back around may but i just forgot. this one is a bit more of a vent sort of thing but im not sure really, so unfortunately trigger warning here, if not comfortable just skip to the next paragraph. imma be completely honest, with all the stuff going on with my life as of now, i hate the way things are. i dont know how to put it the best way especially here, but to summarize it just feels like ive been living through hell for roughly like a few years. sometimes it gets bad to where i sometimes just want to give up completely, yet at the same time i just feel to scared or just entirely bad at it, like its some selfish thing that i just cant do (i wont i promise). theres instances where i just dont talk and i feel really bad cuz im constantly feeling like i shut people out and i just begin thinking the worst possible scenarios. not only that but i procrastinate a lot and it just feels terrible since when things slowly begin to just feel draining and theres a lack of motivation for anything, it just feels like theres no point to continuing on working whatever im working on, and ill admit its really unhealthy. i have tried therapy and i have received counseling from my school but rn since summer break there isnt any sessions and also with therapy the therapist i got wasnt exactly the best if i can admit (just uncomfortable most of the time really even after like a month or two). so far though, i do feel like i can still make it (even though its all hell rn) since i mean im still here rn and i havent gone off the deep end just yet (i still got some hope).

trying to strive away from that for now, sorry if it was too much, ig i could talk about something atleast more postive. as of now, there hasnt been much progress made on current games (just havent been in the mood), although, for the asymmetrical horror game i had thought of and i am probably working on a google doc with the entire concept since, unfortunately, roblox is just dying actively and with developing games on that platform it just seems so terrible (i dont wana deal with any of it :sob:). i chose roblox initially since players would be able to play for free and its easy to develop online games with it, and also since there are a ton of asym games that i think are worth playing (die of death (PLZ GO TRY ITS WORTH IT), outcome memories, forsaken (unfortunately gameplay is good), and bite by night (when its back in 73 years)), but now with platform dead it aint worth developing. if things do improve MAYBE i might work on it but for now, no development for that game, only concept hell. ok away from my dev stuff i do wana share a bit about the world cup cuz it was interesting lowkey. i loved every moment mexico played and they had a really good run but we got a tough game with england and they beat us but it was all a good game tho (gg england, everyone chill except toast who isnt british, no gg to toast). i was honestly surprised when everyone began hating on argentina since before i hated argentina especially back in 2022, good they lost the final with a terrible performance. it was obvious to hate on argentina tho cuz they were constantly making fouls and the refs let everything slide, imo they shouldve lost to cabo verde cuz it was really close but ofc they won last second, w spain for taking argentina out and winning the world cup, only time mexicans and spanish are at peace lol. idk what else so that might be all for this update, maybe another update in like a few weeks or two months, i promise ill work on an update maybe for nibling lapping challenge or even flappy bird (ken requested so i must provide soon). take care of yourself, even if theres a ton of shit going on there will eventually be one good thing that comes to wipe the shit off (terrible analogy but it kinda works?) ok then cya!

happy holidays and happy new year! ok fr tho its been a long time already since last update and i do wana uncover what has been happening for the last few months. starting off i might do a small switch up between Current events rn and then focus on what ive been working on so far. to start, what the hell was the start of the year cuz we had gone from the us taking over venezula to many more shenanigans to currently in an active war that were losing. i know its a lot that i just spit out already but this has already been a wild year so far with only 3 months in, and honestly tho the stuff we going through at the moment seems pretty scary since we dont know how worse things can get. heres the thing tho, like yea the world seems like its become hell but we still gotta hold onto that hope that things will get better, and i know i had already said that for the last updates but if we as people do work together to improve our world, even little by little, it can start a chain or movement and slowly thats how we improve our lives. not only that but we still gotta remain hopeful cuz i dont think its really fun to stay in that feeling of "were doomed its over" and be stuck there, we gotta keep our heads up and see what we can do ourselves to keep our lives at ease. honestly i would say to keep doing what makes you well and happy since That can motivate us to keep going even when hell on earth is happening. theres even moments in life that do show that the world and life can still provide really cool moments, like for example when i got to talk to someone i found cool and i honestly thought i couldnt do it but i did (if that person is reading this hi again lol) and overall just even small moments can motivate you to keep going. now going back to how game development is going, again to repeat if you havent heard the prototype of nibling lapping challenge is out already! (go check it out!) recently tho for a while i hadnt been working on it since i have been coming up with another potential concept for another game but just recently im working on another update for nibling lapping challenge. that concept being potentially an asym styled "horror" game featuring the niblings! ive just been coming up with concept stuff like maybe design, maybe some movesets, idk maybe when the demo for nibling lapping challenge is Completed then i might work on this? idk i would wana focus on getting the other stuff done before starting something new. furthermore, i might begin updating the minecraft section of the website since i kinda wana put up some of the tagg3d maps ive been working on but idk still deciding on what to do with it. ok last but not least out of boredom ive been looking through old games ive made and i feel that maybe i might put some up in the games section? for testing really cuz ive messed with some and lowkey i would wana show them off since it has some history of the way niblings were a few years ago and other stuff! idk would be cool, also i might make nibling lore but that might be later. thats really all (comparing to last update its not a lot but idk nothing much so far really). hope everyone is doing well especially with the events in the world happening that feel like its right out of some the onion news headline. oh and one last thing, if youve noticed some words are capitalized and they have a special meaning to a game ive obviously been working on (if you can't tell its maybe the name?)... why not guess to what the letters mean? (guess here frfr! (just a google form))

school happenened (still is) and wow i havent updated in 3 months. apologizes for not having updated in 3 months but hey heres a new update and wow prepare for a long update (so much happening in the world and in my life). regarding updates for nibling lapping challenge (go check it out the prototyle released a while ago), i still need to make it public on itch.io (game art is complete!) and release a minor update but i did make lots of progress on it gameplay wise so probably when i release the next major update, it will be visibly different comparing to the previous game. not only that but ive been planning out lore in regards of the niblings (if you dont know theyre the little circle people all around in this website) and they will have their own universe and whatnot in which the games with niblings would take place in! i will share more later but not now since i still am working on some aspects of it and i would prefer just sharing it as i develop on the whole thing more. in regards of updates with flappy bird, just go read the previous updates (tldr updates are at a standstill, not cancelled but no progress whatsoever). outside of my stuff back at the start of october if you didnt know kenstyle, the dev and owner of the cool site kensarcade.net has enterred into the navy (non-combative role, he might come back briefly soon), many of tagg3d and i miss him and if you see this COME BACK MAN WE MISS YOU! anyways ok so in regards of the world, its terrible and things can get better eventually but it wont happen soon unfortunately. that doesnt mean that its never gonna happen tho cuz i do believe things will get better at some point, so for now just try to not overthink things and just take things in slowly, calm down and relax yourself with something that you enjoy (go for a walk or drink water or listen to good music or whatever idk something positive at least). i do wana share a small story about something recent but idk really and i might regret this later finding myself to be cringe yet here it goes (i wont give lots of detail but if you do know me and you know the stuff then you know it congrats): back in march there was an event my school did cuz our group was invited to something and we could present our projects and whatnot. i didnt expect much of it really and things started all fine, but there would be a person that i would notice from a distance and something told me that they seemed to be a cool person. i wanted to talk to them but i felt nervous with doing so cuz i didnt want to mess something up and now they find me annoying or find me boring and there would be this split where i wanted to go up but i didnt want to out of fear, and this was happening for the whole time in the event. surprising, i did talk to them but that was when they came over to our table (they were seeing every table there was) with the projects and i was presenting what our group did. that section of the event would be over and i thought it was done and all over but i forgot there would be tours (this was at a university btw sorry i forgot to mention) and with all the luck there was, out of all people, that person went with us in the group alongside a few other people so that meant there was more time to try talking. for the whole time i tried deciding what i was gonna say but i still got too nervous, hell there were points in the tour where i noticed that they were right next to me and i couldve said something. in the end, the tour would end and i never got to talk to them, having that regret for a while even afterwards. eventually in october (last month as of writing this) another event at the same place would be held and i felt that there could be another chance but at the same time there could be a chance they dont go and really for most of the event i couldnt find them so yea they probably didnt go. the event provided lunch too and our group would go eat when one of my teachers (the mentor of our group) pulled me aside. beforehand after a few days of the event i told him about this person i wanted to talk to but afterwards i kinda forgot i told him and i didnt expect that he'd remember but he somehow did and told me that the same person i wanted to talk to from last event was here again and they were just at our table. i legit didnt know whether to finish my food or just go but i just got up and went to go see, and at first i didnt recognize but yea it was indeed the same person. i got nervous again but my teacher and even the principal and vice principal (they were there too cuz of our school being there) encouraged me to go, so i would kinda go up to that person to not let them down but i eventually did get to talk to who i wanted to talk to since last event. from what it seemed, they were fine with talking to me and i felt comfortable too and whatnot, well i was nervous at first still but as we kept talking things felt more at ease really (we were just talking about what we were into and we both like computer science and they also liked mechanical engineering, i mentioned at a point i made a website but didnt specify this lol), their friend was there too and it was interesting talking to them both. overall in the end i finally got to talk to who i wanted to talk to from the first event and i think i made a decent impression (at least i hope), also we didnt get in the same tour groups but we did pass by and we did wave so theres that too but yea thats all of it really. ok story over cuz this is getting too long but hey i interacted with someone which is something i never do at all with the fact that im super quiet in class. in the rarest of cases that person in the story is reading this: "hi, i was the one in the red jacket always carrying the subway box, idk what else but yea youre cool and hope youre doing well." ok this update is getting ridiculously long cuz of the story part but hey compare that with the previous and the first entries, promise next one wont be longer and hopefully arriving by next month. ok take care cya!

TLDR: progress on nlc and nibling stuff as a whole, ken is gone for navy (non-combative role) and we miss him, i had a chance at talking to someone i found cool but i fumbled and i missed never saying anything but i got a second chance and hopefully all is good, apologies for this being so long

school is tomorrow and wow im not ready, if only i got one more week. oh well, anyways if youre asking as to why on the front page there is a nibling sleeping with a water dispenser pointed at him is to show how the internet seems like with the online safety act and youtube ai age verification and whatnot. it sucks a lot and if things like those things are being put in place all comfortably with no trouble, its slowly gonna be the new normal and eventually all the big companies and even the government are gonna start implementing it. if you dont know, in youtube's case, they are now implementing a new feautre where ai will use the watch history to detect how old the user is rather than what the account says. now, if there is a false positive and the account is marked as underage even if the user is older, they have the option to use their id or a selfie (rip to those who havent face revealed ig idk). the selfie seems innocent but the fact that an id could still be used just feels very odd cuz its a piece of information that usually isnt thrown out like nothing. not only that but if there were to somehow be a nerd out there doing some hacking things and manage to get all the ids that were provided (not saying it will happen but there is the chance where it could happen), data leak will happen and then everyone is cooked with identity theft. it looks like whatever to some but if it continues to go out as such as the future approaches, it could spread to many other parts of the internet and they may ask for more than just an id. being informed of such things is better and i do suggest doing more research on this kind of stuff and just spread the word that "hey this is happening and we might be cooked" or something idk. oh btw this is happening with spotify in the uk so my condolences to those who use spotify in the uk. ig what i would do overall is to just use youtube less or find an alternative if not just use the internet less? i mean recently my internet got cut for a day and it just felt a bit more calmer than usual actually so maybe i might chill for a while but this website wont go down or anything and im not dipping from any communication at all, still sticking onto tagg3d closely and whatnot so im not going anywhere anytime soon. hopefully things just settle down and they revert all the baloney changes they be making to the internet and life just goes back to normal. ANYWAYS to the better updates ig (sorry for that long tangent btw im terrible with speaking), NIBLING LAPPING CHALLENGE PROTOTYPE IS OUT NOW GO CHECK IT OUT!! ive been wanting to release this for a while now and it can now be played! its hosted on itchio but cant be found through public means cuz i still need to make logo art and thumbnail art and whatnot but once thats done it will be ready for public search. its still playable so dw but just a point i wanted to share, also its hosted on it cuz i tried uploading the html onto neocities but it was too big (upload limit is 100 mb) and as much i tried to shrink it without removing all the things that were meant to be in this version, it just couldnt work. the game is still gonna get updated and maybe a minor tweak update is in the works so look out for that (literally just adding two minor things that do not add significance to the game at all, no groundbreaking changes). wowzers so now not only i gotta do the coding but i gotta do the art and even the composing too what have i signed myself up for (its a solo passion project i wanted to do myself and i just wana learn how to do everything cuz its fun). also the minecraft section MIGHT be getting updated soon but that was already a century since then so idk maybe might overhaul it and if not try changing the look of it so it kinda looks decent ig, idk just many things i wana do but it will all take a while so stay tuned ig. yea the internet and maybe the future might suck but the future in any way will suck way more if we dont make a change for ourselves, even minor positive changes can make a significant impact to ourselves and maybe those around us for the better. even if things do look tense ahead, stay firm, dont let yourself get pushed around, and just be kind to one another. dont know what else to say but be kind to yourself. ok i go now cya!

well dam its been a while since last update i guess, well not really that long ago but some things have happened between the two. finals happened not too long ago and chemistry was yet again not so good, where rather than there being questions that we were never prepared for, there were questions that took a ridiculous amount of time to complete and formulas that had actually worked yet it still took a long time, hell when the bell rung around half the class had to stay overtime since they had not completed it yet, and this is the more advanced class too. anyways, in terms of flappy bird updates, its more so bad news where now im considering shelving the whole project to focus more on the niblings, more specifically the game that i talked about in the previous update, idk i just like the nibings a lot and they are very comdy. i will still update flappy bird but maybe just release it as the "final" update (ig more so mini demo v2 where there could be a few more gamemodes and whatnot ig, unlocking feature perchance?), it wont exactly be the final update cuz i will still work on it but not at the time being, meaning no more eta! at the time of writing i yet to have updated the games section but the update will be pushed out as soon as i complete the section. overall, i do think i should revamp the site in general cuz it might be annoying for all of the content to be on the left side and not at the center, ig a better layout with better theming but we'll see. ok yea thats all for now, life has gotten worse with the things going on in the world and especially with whats happening in los angeles and the ice raids (it sucks and as a mexican born in the u.s and who lives in southern california i hate it so much, curse ice and curse whoever is pushing these raids), yet i do believe that things will get better for all of us but it can only happen if we all work together to achieve that better future, even when things feel like its all coming down. until next update then, stay safe and cya!

tuesday here now les go (better than monday at least). no way back to back update go crazy! ok so things are doing fairly well which is good, coding a bit more, not much flappy bird but it helps at least keeps motivation to code for when i get back to flappy bird. working on a new platformer where it takes gameplay mechanic stuff from pizza tower and antonblast and brings the somewhat smooth movement from things like mario or something idk. also, the platformer will use the niblings! not only that but with the character creator for the niblings, that means your very own custom niblings could be in the game (much fun frfr)! all ideas and whatnot but it could still be applied, still got much time to work on it. for next update here, i might show off some flappy bird things and more progress, possibly new demo version? who knows, also small animation regarding the pizza tower nibling thing or whatnot below in button. should i post this on youtube? idk probably tomorrow since im writing this a tad bit late at night (1 am frfr). ok thats all hasta luego!

oh wow already a year since last update, not very good with consistency, whoopsies. anyways, will update with what happened since finals. finals were fairly decent really, except for the damn chemistry test that pretty much everyone blew. i suprisingly managed to raise my grade somehow even by getting an f and it worked out. idk how but thank god. christmas break was also fairly good too, nothing too remarkable really. coming to progress on flappy bird, not much, i need to get my motivation back to complete it but i do promise it will be complete some day. no worries, it wont take years or longer to complete unlike some other games, but i do need to complete it soon. i am starting to get a bit behind on my assignments too, which isnt a good thing either so now i gotta lock in again sadly. soccer season happened too, short but fairly decent too. ok regarding the new behind assignments, im just losing the motivation to keep going on really, not saying that i wanna quit just that things are getting more difficult and its getting tiring. i just got too many things going on and i kinda just want a break from everything really. ill be ok though i promise. my pizza tower playlist has kept me going for a good while and i hope it keeps me going for longer. overall, we still survivrs and we gon continue to stay up!

no i never got back on track with those assignments. i got way too far behind holy the whole game of catch up was not fun at all. i did get lots of the missing homework done, but it kinda wasnt enough in a way since it was late and my procrastination got really bad leading up to this. im now entering finals, but i still have a very VERY slim chance of redemption. ok updates regarding what i worked on, flappy bird did get minor tweaks and i did work on some maps for tag, but not much progress because the homework catch up deal thing. still survivn tho which is a good thing, yet things feel stressful and whatnot, like war from pizza tower with the p rank, or hot potato tag with 25 people all on top leaderboard with bow combo and dash and im on mini laptop (both are so fun)! once finals are done, i got the freedom and i wana return to doing what i was doing earlier. yippee!!1!

Might be the first entry possibly, kinda wanted to share what had been going on for a while, dunno. I have not been active online at all in who knows how long (a month ig?). There were many things going on, with one major thing being the school work. I was doing all fine up until I missed a couple days. At the same time, my english teacher was giving out homework that would take the majority of the day to complete (any time after school, not including extra cirricular stuff). English and reading and stuff like that isn't really my cup of tea for the most part, so with multiples of this assignment plus other ones that were being given out, it adds up. Once we were finishing up with the assignments regarding the book (we was almost done with book too), we were given the essay for the book. Once we finished the book and assignments and even the whole assessment regarding said book, we began another book. The assignments for this book would also be as ridiculous as prior if not more confusing. We were told to write 3-4 sentences per question, with there being 10+ question, and at the end we had to take a quote and analyze it in 5-6 sentences. The last section wasn't the difficult part, that would be the questions themselves. There would also be questions such as "what was this guy's name?" where we writing 3-4 sentences wouldn't make sense because all we would have to write would be something like "the guys name is blank"! Reading the book would also take time too. We had to work on these assignments while also having the essay out. Not only that, but there are other assignments from other classes we had to worry about. Yea, for these past months were full of stress and lack of sleep. Luckily, we finished the two books alongside the essay and the new book's assignments were toned down a good amount (GRACIAS!!), so that eases up that. Now I just have to stay focused on keeping up with the assignments and finishing the ones I have missing. Once I finally get back on track, I can get back to doing the stuff i wana do.
